Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Have all tags attached and its original packaging intact.

  • Not be a personalized item, a promotional item, or a digital download.

  • Not belong to non-refundable product categories for hygiene reasons, such as underwear, bodysuits, and earrings.

2. In-Store Returns

If you prefer to return your item in-store, visit one of our partner stores with your order number and the product that meets the conditions above. The refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Returns by Mail

We offer a prepaid return label for eligible domestic returns. To initiate a return by mail:

  1. Contact our customer service to receive your prepaid return label.

  2. Carefully pack your item in its original packaging or suitable packaging.

  3. Attach the prepaid return label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier's drop-off location.

If you choose another carrier, the shipping costs will be at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for lost or undelivered items.

4. Return Fees

  • Eligible domestic returns are free with our prepaid label.

  • International returns are at the customer's expense.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the time for the funds to appear in your account may vary.

If you do not see your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company.

  • Contact us for further assistance.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges online. If you wish to receive a new item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the item you are not satisfied with. If shipping fees apply to your new order, contact our customer service to receive a free shipping promo code.
